Devika Lulla is the Career Counsellor at Bodhara, committed to supporting students and individuals in making well-informed educational and career decisions.
Her counselling approach focuses on understanding each person as an individual—their interests, strengths, personality, abilities, aspirations, and concerns—before recommending suitable career and educational pathways.
Through a supportive and structured counselling process, Devika helps students explore different career possibilities, understand their potential, identify suitable academic pathways, and develop greater confidence in their decisions.
She strongly believes that career planning should not be based only on marks, trends, or external expectations, but should take into consideration the individuals unique strengths, interests, personality, and long-term aspirations.
